1. Eligibility for Return
You may request a return if:

The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

You received the wrong item.

The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Please note:

Used or opened products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
2. How to Request a Return

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be credited within 5–7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
4. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
