At Deeps Skin Clinic, we are committed to providing high-quality skincare products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Please note:

  • Used or opened products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

2. How to Request a Return

Include the following:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo evidence (if damaged or incorrect product)

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be credited within 5–7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

4. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Items purchased during promotional sales or clearance

  • Gift cards or vouchers

6. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
